​BetterCare Direct offers a range of accommodation services;
1. Respite / Short term accommodation - A short / long term period of rest, relief, or break from your loved one where they can enjoy regular activities of their choice, set activities and/or individualized activities - or just simply a break.
2. Emergency Respite - Family emergencies/ housing crisis such as a hospital visit or illness -- We will take care of your loved ones.

3. Medium Term accommodation (MTA) - At BetterCare Direct, We provide a supportive living environment where clients receive care, support services, and accessibility features suited to their needs. It may include assistance with daily activities, meals, personal care, and community engagement, allowing individuals to maintain independence during the transition.
BetterCare Direct supports individual who are:
• Awaiting long-term housing or home modifications.
• Transitioning from hospital or rehabilitation back to their homes.
• In need of temporary accommodation due to personal circumstances like family or housing issues.

4. Shared Living accommodation - is a shared living arrangement for individuals with disabilities to live together in a shared space, supported by trained staff. It focuses on tailored support to meet each client's unique needs, promoting personal goals and fostering relationships. BetterCare Direct strives to create a homelike atmosphere, ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to thrive independently and enhance their quality of life.
